A profile meant for production
The cited Novamira documentation describes per-ability toggles; this review did not establish a separate read-only profile. GoBuildWP's Production Safe profile lets content work through, deletes included once confirmed, and refuses critical abilities such as PHP, file and database access; Read Only refuses every write.
A ledger of who changed what
Novamira's security page lists no audit log. GoBuildWP logs each write, redacted, against the credential that made it, and can reverse one supported change, a batch, a filtered set or a whole agent session. A later edit to the same target blocks a session undo.
Credentials with edges
GoBuildWP tokens expire, carry an ability scope and a profile ceiling, and writes are rate-limited per credential. Novamira documents no token scopes and no rate limits.
A store beyond the catalogue
Novamira Pro covers products, variations, categories and attributes. GoBuildWP Free already reads orders and customers, and Pro's 52 further WooCommerce abilities reach order writes, refunds, sales reports and FunnelKit steps.
Approval from any client
Novamira's approval step lives in Novamira Chat. GoBuildWP's opt-in "A person approves" mode (Free) and approval queue (Pro) can hold a call for a person whichever MCP client sent it; neither is on by default.

Should Novamira run on a production site?
Novamira's own docs place it on development and staging environments, and describe its PHP sandbox as a convenience guardrail rather than a security boundary. Take that guidance at face value when you plan where to install it.
Can GoBuildWP execute PHP or SQL?
Only under the Developer Full Access profile, which unlocks PHP abilities, an options explorer and a single read-only SELECT. Read Only and Production Safe refuse all three.
What does Novamira do about undo?
Its changelog (read 29 September 2026) says it saves a WordPress revision before each Bricks change. A general or batch undo is not documented, and its Pro page, rechecked 12 October 2026, says live-site changes do not roll back. GoBuildWP's ledger can reverse supported single changes, batches or a whole agent session and checks each result; permanent deletions and other irreversible writes are listed, not undone.
Do both connect to the same AI clients?
Both document routes for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex and other MCP clients; no matched client-compatibility run is recorded here. Novamira adds a stdio proxy and a CLI; GoBuildWP connects over Streamable HTTP, or over stdio through WP-CLI for a client on the site's own machine.
