SureCart keeps products, orders and customers in its hosted service rather than in WordPress. GoBuildWP reads them through SureCart's API so an agent can answer store questions, and it can adjust a coupon once you approve the change.

How SureCart changes are confirmed and put back
Not undoable, previous values returned
The coupon change happens in SureCart's hosted store, outside WordPress, so the change ledger cannot undo it. The write needs confirm=true and returns the previous values for a manual restore.

Out of reach by design
- Orders and payments are read-only: no refunds or order edits
- Customer emails, phone numbers, addresses and payment methods are never returned
- Products, promotion codes and coupon duration are not changed
- The site's safety profile, the connected user's capabilities and per-ability settings still apply on top of these limits.

Why might a SureCart call fail when WordPress is fine?
Every call is a request to SureCart's API. If the store is disconnected or the network is down, the agent reports the failure instead of guessing.
Can the agent filter orders by date?
No. SureCart's order list has no documented date filter, so orders filter by status and live or test mode only.
Can I use SureCart with GoBuildWP now?
Yes. The SureCart module ships in Pro 1.14.0; update Pro to get it.
