Build LifterLMS courses by describing them

Outline a course in a conversation and let the agent create it as a draft, append sections and lessons in order, then check a learner's progress. It works the way the LifterLMS course builder does, and touches enrollments only when you approve.

Included since GoBuildWP Pro 1.14.0.

Reads

  • Courses with their sections, lessons and settings
  • Memberships and the access plans and prices attached to them
  • One user's course and membership enrollments with progress

Writes, after confirmation

  • Create a course, as a draft unless you choose another status
  • Edit a course's title, content, length, categories, tags or difficulty
  • Append a section, or a lesson to a section
  • Manually enroll or unenroll a learner in free products

Abilities

The 12 LifterLMS abilities

Each one is its own MCP ability with its own input schema, and the bundled LifterLMS skill tells the agent which to call, when a dry run comes first and what it must show you before confirming.

Safety

How LifterLMS changes are confirmed and put back

Course edits roll back, enrollments do not

Courses, sections and lessons are WordPress posts, so those writes can be undone from the change ledger. Enrollment changes are marked not undoable; unenrolling sets the enrollment to expired or cancelled and keeps the learner's progress.

Out of reach by design

  • Access plans, prices and checkout are read, never changed
  • Paid-only products refuse manual enrollment, and no order or payment is created
  • Enrollments made by an order or a membership are left to them
  • The site's safety profile, the connected user's capabilities and per-ability settings still apply on top of these limits.

Questions

LifterLMS and GoBuildWP, answered

Will a new course go on sale right away?

No. A created course has no access plan, so it is not for sale, and it stays a draft unless you ask for another status.

Which LifterLMS calls need confirmation?

All of the writes: creating and editing courses, adding sections and lessons, and enrolling or unenrolling a learner each require confirm=true.

Is the LifterLMS module released?

Yes, in GoBuildWP Pro 1.14.0. Earlier Pro builds do not include it.

LifterLMS is a separate product. Listing an integration does not imply a vendor partnership or endorsement.
