FluentCRM ability reference
Reference for the GoBuildWP Pro 1.14.0 source. Installed schemas and policy remain authoritative.
This FluentCRM ability reference lists every call GoBuildWP Pro registers for FluentCRM, with the exact slug an agent sends and what the plugin's own contract says it does. Of the 12, 6 read, 0 write and 6 are marked destructive in the source.
Read-only, write and destructive groups describe the source annotations. They do not establish a minimum safety profile, human approval or undo support. Those controls are separate: check the installed ability, the connected user and the active site policy before calling it. A read can still return sensitive data. These pages are not evidence that every operation passed an end-to-end runtime test.
What FluentCRM needs before these load
These 12 abilities come with GoBuildWP Pro 1.14.0. Pro registration requires the Freemius SDK to permit premium code and any companion dependency the module checks to be available. The floors below apply to the named dependencies or features; an optional add-on or newer feature floor does not necessarily disable the base module. wppilot/integration-health and the module's setup call describe the installed availability.

FluentCRM reads
| Ability | What it does |
|---|---|
wppilot/fluent-crm-check-setupCheck FluentCRM Setup | Reports the FluentCRM version against GoBuildWP's floor, whether FluentCRM Pro is active, the contact statuses and types this site accepts, contact counts per status, list/tag/campaign counts, and which FluentCRM permissions the current user holds. Returns counts only, no contact data. |
wppilot/fluent-crm-get-contactGet FluentCRM Contact | Reads one FluentCRM contact by id or exact email: the same fields as list-contacts plus, only when include_details is true, prefix, phone, postal address and date of birth. Contacts are personal data; IP address, geolocation, avatar, custom fields and the unsubscribe hash are never returned. |
wppilot/fluent-crm-list-campaignsList FluentCRM Campaigns | Read-only. Pages through FluentCRM email campaigns (newsletters, not automations) with id, title, status, subject, recipient count, schedule and dates, and optionally delivery stats (emails queued and sent, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, revenue when FluentCRM tracked it). It cannot create, schedule, send, pause or resume a campaign. |
wppilot/fluent-crm-list-contactsList FluentCRM Contacts | Pages through FluentCRM contacts, optionally filtered by search text (name or email), status, contact type, one list or one tag. Contacts are personal data: each row holds only id, email, name, status, type, source, linked WordPress user id, created/last-activity dates and tag/list names. IP address, geolocation, phone, postal address, avatar, custom fields and the unsubscribe hash are never returned here. |
wppilot/fluent-crm-list-listsList FluentCRM Lists | Pages through FluentCRM lists with id, title, slug, description and public flag, and optionally how many contacts each holds. No contact data. |
wppilot/fluent-crm-list-tagsList FluentCRM Tags | Pages through FluentCRM tags with id, title, slug and description, and optionally how many contacts carry each. No contact data. |
Destructive FluentCRM calls
| Ability | What it does |
|---|---|
wppilot/fluent-crm-create-contactCreate FluentCRM Contact | Adds one new contact to FluentCRM with an explicit status and optional name, phone, postal address, date of birth and contact type. Refuses when a contact with that email already exists. Sends no email itself (no double opt-in mail), but the Contact Created trigger and a subscribed status can start FluentCRM automations that do send email. FluentCRM links the contact to a WordPress user with the same email. Contacts are personal data; the response returns only the operator fields. Explicit confirmation is mandatory. |
wppilot/fluent-crm-create-listCreate FluentCRM List | Creates one empty FluentCRM list. Refuses when a list with the same slug exists, because FluentCRM's own import call would overwrite that list's title instead. Adds no contacts and sends nothing. Explicit confirmation is mandatory. |
wppilot/fluent-crm-create-tagCreate FluentCRM Tag | Creates one FluentCRM tag that no contact carries yet. Refuses when a tag with the same slug exists, because FluentCRM's own import call would overwrite that tag's title instead. Applies it to nobody and sends nothing. Explicit confirmation is mandatory. |
wppilot/fluent-crm-update-contactUpdate FluentCRM Contact | Changes name, phone, postal address, date of birth, contact type or status of one existing FluentCRM contact. The email cannot change, and a field cannot be cleared (FluentCRM drops empty values). Refuses to move a contact out of a suppressed status (unsubscribed, bounced, complained, spammed) or out of subscribed into a non-suppressed one, which FluentCRM would otherwise ignore silently; moving into a suppressed status is allowed. A status change, especially to subscribed, can resume or start FluentCRM automations that send email. For a contact linked to a WordPress user, FluentCRM's user sync may copy a new first/last name to that user. Returns the previous values. Explicit confirmation is mandatory. |
wppilot/fluent-crm-update-contact-listsUpdate FluentCRM Contact Lists | Adds one contact to and/or removes it from existing FluentCRM lists (by id). Never creates a list: an id that does not exist is refused. Does not change the contact's subscription status, so adding a pending or unsubscribed contact to a list does not make it mailable. FluentCRM fires its list events only for lists that actually changed, and automations listening to them can send email to the contact. Returns the lists before and after. Explicit confirmation is mandatory. |
wppilot/fluent-crm-update-contact-tagsUpdate FluentCRM Contact Tags | Applies and/or removes existing FluentCRM tags (by id) on one contact. Never creates a tag: an id that does not exist is refused. FluentCRM fires its Tag Applied / Tag Removed events only for tags that actually changed, and automations listening to those events can send email to the contact. Returns the tags before and after. Explicit confirmation is mandatory. |
